Personal Data Processed

The following categories of data may be processed in the course of our services:

• Identity data: name, surname, title
• Contact data: phone, email address, postal address
• Customer transaction data: requests, quotes, orders and support records
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookie records
• Financial data: invoicing and payment information where a contractual relationship exists

Purposes of Processing

• Evaluating requests and applications, and running quote and demo processes
• Delivering sales, installation, training, support and maintenance services
• Managing contractual processes and invoicing
• Meeting legal obligations and retention requirements
• Measuring service quality and conducting communication activities

Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — namely that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, that it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest — and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to our business partners (such as Mikro Yazılım), to hosting and infrastructure suppliers, to financial advisory and audit service providers, and to legally authorised public institutions.

Collection Method

Data is collected through forms on our website, by email, telephone and WhatsApp, in face-to-face meetings and through contractual processes, by both automated and non-automated means.

Your Rights under Article 11

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result arising from analysis solely by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit requests relating to your rights, together with information verifying your identity, by email to info@nimboyazilim.com or in writing to the address above. Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
